You can book online through our website or call us at +61 401 110 315. The process is quick and straightforward.

We operate seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You can select your preferred date and time when booking.

We usually send one or two cleaners, depending on your home's size and service requirements. Larger properties may have additional cleaners.

No, you do not have to be home. You can stay, let the cleaner in and leave, or provide access via a key or lockbox.

We try to assign the same cleaner for regular bookings. However, due to holidays, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts, this may not always be possible.

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails with a link to manage your booking. If changes affect the schedule, our team will contact you to discuss options.

Payment Questions

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

No, you only need to provide your card details. Payment is processed after the service is completed and you confirm satisfaction.

We offer both hourly and fixed-rate packages. Fixed-rate options provide transparency on costs.

Cancellations are free if made at least 12 hours before the service. If canceled within 12 hours, a $30 AUD fee applies.

No, but we recommend removing valuables and fragile items for a smooth service.

Yes, we bring our own professional equipment and eco-friendly products, safe for children and pets.

We require parking to be provided. If parking is not available, public parking fees will be added to your service. If parking is over 100m away, additional charges may apply. If no parking is found within 20 minutes, a cancellation fee may be incurred.

If damage occurs due to our team’s negligence, please report it with photos within 48 hours. We will attempt a repair or arrange a suitable replacement as needed.

Yes, all our cleaners undergo background checks before employment. Many also have Working with Children checks.
